The director of the CEITEC Brno University of Technology is opening a scientific position of
C# Programmer for Telepresence and Augmented Reality
The Center of Scientific Excellence CEITEC BUT(https://www.ceitec.eu/cybernetics-and-robotics/rg390 ) is looking for a programmer to develop visual telepresence, video streaming, and augmented and virtual reality applications. We need a person who will be able to learn new technologies and develop applications that can be used primarily for research in the field of robotics and Industry 4.0.
Responsibilities:
- Development of software modules and applications for Windows in C#, using the .NET environment.
- Displaying video streams to virtual reality headsets/glasses with low latency.
- Programming systems for wireless transmission of high-resolution, low-latency video.
- Programming communication libraries for robotics sensors - lidars, inertial sensors, GNSS.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of OOP, C#, and the .NET environment.
- Proficient work in Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Completed university education in electrical engineering or IT technology.
- Ability to work in a team, familiarity with version control systems.
- Knowledge of Ethernet communication programming - UDP, TCP/IP - socket, RTSP.
- Unity knowledge is an advantage.
- C++ knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English, at least in written form.

Employment Conditions:
