Position Overview:

In this unique role, you will apply your behavioral, social, or data science background to help shape AI digital personas solutions while also getting involved in various aspects of the business beyond traditional functions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong interest in data science, technology, mathematics, computer science, or AI and is looking to transition into a tech startup environment.

Examples of Responsibilities:

The position is open both for junior and senior roles, so responsibilities apply accordingly.

Theoretical Excellence: Suggest behavioral models and theories that can be useful for the design and functionality of conversational agents, ensuring they align with the latest research and best practices.

Personalization: Suggest behavioral models that modify social skills of digital personas to adapt to users.

Human Behavior Analysis: Apply your expertise to analyze user interactions and behaviors with our AI digital employee solutions to enhance the user experience.

User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure that AI solutions align with human behavior principles, optimizing user engagement and satisfaction.

Data Insights: Work closely with data analysts to gain insights into user behavior and apply psychological principles to inform AI product improvements.

Behavioral Analysis: Analyze and interpret user behavior data to gain a deeper understanding of how AI digital employees are used and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Get involved in various aspects of the business, including marketing, product development, and research, applying your background to drive informed decision-making.

Tech and AI Integration: Collaborate with tech and AI teams to provide insights that can be integrated into our AI digital employee solutions.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to inform AI product strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in economics, psychology, sociology, human behavior, mathematics, data science or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in data science, technology, mathematics, computer science, or AI.
• A background in or relevant experience with technology, mathematics, computer science, or AI is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• A willingness to be adaptable and take on a variety of roles within the startup environment.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for applying behavioral principles to technology and AI solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
