Offer Description
associate (m/f) for the type I position – expert associate (internal name of the work position: secretary of the head of the department) for a fixed term as a full-time job.
Tender applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- completed undergraduate and graduate university study programme or an integrated undergraduate and graduate university study programme
- computer skills
- good communication skills
- good command of the English language.
Applicants are required to attach the hand-signed application and the following documents:
- CV
- a copy of the nationality certificate (or electronic form of the certificate)
- copy of the ID
- a copy of diplomas
- proof of work experience (electronic document of work experience by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute or other relevant document)
- proof of English language knowledge (copy of the certificate or other relevant document, certificate of foreign language schools, copy of the list of faculty courses or secondary school diploma)
- proof of computer skills (copy of the certificate or other relevant document of the competent authorities, copy of the list of faculty courses or secondary school diploma).
Documents must be attached as certified copies or originals.
All the documents must be attached in two copies. Both sexes are equally allowed to apply to the open work position. The tender’s deadline for the selection is 8 days after the last publication.
Applicants who invoke the right of priority in employment following Articles 102 and 103 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette No. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21) are required to attach, in addition to evidence of meeting the required conditions, all necessary evidence from Article 103, paragraph 1, available on the link: https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843 .
Applicants who meet the tender’s formal requirements are to be subject to the verification of knowledge of legal and bylaw regulations in the area of administrative operating, administrative proceedings, and the system of science and higher education, as well as, testing abilities and skills essential for performing the duties of the position, and testing communication skills and motivation through interview. Candidates are obliged to take the tests, otherwise, it will be considered that they have given up their application for the position. The candidates who do not apply timely and accurately and those who do not meet the tender’s formal requirements, will not be taken into consideration for the position.
