In addition to general conditions prescribed by the Labor Act, applicants are required to meet the requirements defined by the Scientific Activity and Higher Education Act as well as requirements defined by Regulations on election in the scientific, scientific-educational, artistic-educational, educational, associate and professional titles and corresponding employment positions at Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.

Benefits
Completed the corresponding graduate study, 3 years of work in the profession and fulfilled the conditions of the Decision of the Rector's Council on the necessary conditions for evaluation of teaching and professional activities in the procedure of election to the teaching profession.
Eligibility criteria
The committee will check the fulfillment of the conditions for each candidate and submit a report to the college council that will make a decision on the selection of candidate to the job position.

The required documentation should be submitted in two paper copies and one electronic copy (on CD) in .pdf form.
