Postdoctoral Fellow position at the Material Physics Division, Laboratory for Optics and Optical Thin Films to work in the Croatian Science Foundation project “Metal composites for ultrathin infrared coatings”. Appointment for the Postdoctoral Fellow position is for a temporary period of 12 months. Job title: Contest point 6 – Postdoctoral fellow
In addition to the general conditions for employment stipulated in Article 43 in the Scientific Activity and Higher Education Act. applicants must meet the requirements:
- academic degree of PhD in the areas of physics, chemistry, chemical engineering or technical sciences.
- affinity to experimental work
- active English language knowledge (spoken and written)
Advantage will be given to candidates with experience in conversion chemistry techniques (galvanic replacement) and/or synthesis and characterization of plasmonic materials.
