Mandatory conditions: completed university study that enables enrolment in postgraduate university (doctoral) study "Biotechnology & Bioprocess Engineering, Food Technology and Nutrition Science" in the field of biotechnical sciences, scientific field of Food Technolgy at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, total grade point average at previous levels of study which ensures the enrolment of the doctoral study.

Additional criteria: participation in scientific research on Allium species, knowledge and experience in UV-Vis spectrophotometric techniques (determination of total antioxidant capacity), knowledge and experience in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC-DAD/RI/FLD), as well as liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MSMS), knowledge and experience in gas chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MSMS), knowledge in analytical method validation protocols, good organizational skills and self-initiative, excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing, advanced computer skills, category B driver's license.
