Tenure Track or Tenured Faculty Position - Endodontics

This position is in-person and is located in Edmonton, Alberta at the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy and the Kaye Edmonton Clinic. 

The School of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time tenure track-faculty position in Endodontics at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful individual will be responsible for building and maintaining an active research program, for which start-up funds will be available. There is an expectation for clinical and didactic teaching in endodontics. Time allocation for private practice will be integrated into this appointment if appropriate.

Applicants will have graduated from an accredited specialty program and have relevant postgraduate and clinical qualifications in the specialty of endodontics or an equivalent level as specified by the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC).  Having a PhD degree is an asset.  Applicants will have a record of, or potential for, scholarly contribution in the area of endodontics, and evidence of ability to provide high-quality undergraduate and graduate-level teaching.  The successful candidate will be expected to supervise graduate students and involve them in their program of research. 

Academic rank and salary will be based on the incumbent’s qualifications, experience, and achievements and in accordance with the Faculty Agreement.
