Roles and responsibilities related to the research project:
• Project Planning: develop project plans, timelines, and objectives in collaboration with research team members. Assist in defining the scope of the research, setting goals, and establishing milestones.
• Addressing Team Needs: Assess the needs of individual team members and the group as a whole, providing support, resources, and guidance as needed to ensure that everyone can contribute effectively to the project. This may involve providing access to relevant learning tools and resources.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. They may schedule meetings, distribute tasks, and foster a productive working environment.
• Resource Allocation: Act as a point of contact for researchers requiring financial / administrative assistance during the life cycle of the research funding. Advocate and apply applicable policies and procedures as they apply to research funds to ensure compliance. This involves tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within budgetary constraints.
• Data Management: overseeing data collection process, organization, and analysis procedures. This may include developing data management plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations, and maintaining data integrity.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintaining accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation of research findings.
• Quality Control: monitor the quality of research processes and outputs, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise.
• Risk Management: identify potential risks to the project's success and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may involve anticipating challenges, implementing contingency plans, and adapting project plans as needed to address unforeseen circumstances.

Education: bachelor’s degree in dentistry, or equivalent (international degrees are acceptable)
• MSc in Pediatric Dentistry
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
