Offer Description
A postdoctoral scholarship is available at the Laboratory of Immunology of Infectious Diseases under the guidance of Professor Maria Regina D'Império Lima PhD from the Department of Immunology of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of São Paulo.
The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral Scholarship worth R$9,047.40 per month for 5 months and a Technical Reserve equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the scholarship to cover unforeseen expenses directly related to the research activity.
The postdoctoral fellow will study the role of CD39 ectonucleotidase in antibody production during experimental malaria. The candidate must have experience with handling and crossing mice, cell culture, in vitro coculture assays, adoptive cell transfer, flow cytometry, cell isolation through cell sorting. ELISA and gene editing through CRISPR/Cas9.
