Offer Description
Post-doctoral scholarship opportunity linked to the Thematic Project “Biosensor technologies and controlled release systems based on microneedles for diagnosis and treatment of diseases”, a collaborative effort between the Federal University of the ABC – UFABC (state of São Paulo, Brazil) and the Radboud University Medical Center (province of Guelders, Netherlands). The selected candidate will work on the development of an electrochemical biosensor for psoriasis prognosis based on fibroin microneedles, LFA system, and modified screen-printed carbon electrodes.
Requirements: Bachelor's and Ph.D. degrees in related fields, proven experience in scientific research, especially in biotechnology, nanotechnology, and biosensors, skills in molecular biology, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a Post-Doctoral fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in the amount of R$ 9,047.40 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
