Job Title: Enrollment & Sales Consultant
The Opportunity
Are you looking for a sales role with a truly global, entrepreneurial company that will develop, challenge, and inspire you? Hult International Business School is looking for you to join our fast-growing team in São Paulo. You will be responsible for contacting and advising our candidates across South America and as the first touch point with the school for many students seeking early admission, we rely on you to build our brand, reputation and support our students with their application process.
We are committed to taking Hult’s sales and marketing activities to new levels, and as a member of this team, you will play a key role in this and be rewarded for your drive, innovative ideas, and results based on a very clear set of KPIs. As a result, you will easily reach - and exceed - student enrollment targets in South America.
Responsibilities
- Make initial contact via phone and email with prospective HULT students
- Schedule one on one telephone and in-person interviews
- Making cold calls to find qualified candidates. (Avg. 60 calls per day)
- Support recruitment with admissions and administrative procedures
- Provide advice and support by telephone to applicants
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles
- Will gain the ability to best use our Sales Force CRM system, extract and interpret data
- Consistently meet and exceed all team goals, targets, and objectives
Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Spanish highly desirable.
- Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, preferred
- Confident and professional phone manner
- International experience (professional or personal) and passionate about working in a multicultural environment
- Outgoing, Ambitious, and having a clear interest on sales
- Drive to meet targets and a “nothing is impossible” outlook
- Multitasking and flexibility are instrumental for the success on the role
- Attention to details and positive attitude are key
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
