Teaching assignment
The candidate will teach courses in various Dutch and English-language programs at Bachelor and Master level. In addition, the candidate will supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s theses.
Research assignment
Against the background stated above, the research group IM is looking for a candidate who conducts research in the field of innovation management and/or strategic management. Academic research that is both of high quality as well practically relevant is key.
About us
Within the innovation management (IM) research group, we study innovation and business strategies of firms. During the last couple of years, the IM-group gained a strong expertise regarding quantitative research using secondary data (e.g., publications, patents). These studies focus typically on high-tech industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals) and are conducted in close cooperation with both small and large sized innovative companies. The members of the research group publish their research in international journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Global Strategy Journal, Research Policy and Journal of Product Innovation Management.
