We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled doctoral assistant with expertise in labor economics, and more specifically in economic research on migration and integration.The qualified candidate will conduct research in close collaboration with members of the department and contribute to the department’s research agenda.You will initiate new research projects, attract the necessary research funding, and expand international collaboration.

Benefits

We offer employment as a full-time doctor-assistant in a stimulating environment starting on September 1st 2024, for a period of 1 year.Salary according to scale 44.


Eligibility criteria
  • You hold (or obtain prior to the start date of employment) a Ph.D. in Economics or in a related field;
  • Your research has a focus on inequality and/or social mobility;
  • Your English is very good (written and spoken);
  • You are intellectually curious and analytical, with a penchant for scientific research and a proactive, autonomous working attitude.
