Poste d'assistant à Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, Université de Liège (Belgique). Le candidat sera impliqué dans des activités d'enseignement et de recherche au sein de l'axe "Chemistry for Sustainable Food and Environmental Systems".
La recherche sera axée sur le développement de méthodes analytiques avancées dans le domaine agroalimentaire, en particulier de techniques chromatographiques multidimensionnelles et intégrales, et sur la miniaturisation de la préparation d’échantillons. Les principaux domaines d'application seront les contaminants alimentaires et l'évaluation de la qualité et de l'authenticité des denrées alimentaires par l'analyse des volatiles et de la fraction lipidique. L'activité de recherche comprend des collaborations actives avec différentes universités, centres de recherche et entreprises dans le domaine de l'analyse alimentaire et instrumentale.
L'activité d'enseignement se fera dans le cadre des activités d'enseignement fournies par l'axe "Chemistry for Sustainable Food and Environmental Systems" et en particulier le candidat sera impliqué dans les cours de Chimie analytique (Bac 2), Fondements de la chimie analytique quantitative (Bac 3), Techniques instrumentales (Ma 1 Chimie), Analyse chimique et physico-chimique de l'eau (Ma 1 GFEN) et Chimie générale (Bac 1), qui font partie du programme du bachelier en sciences de l’ingénieur, orientation Bioingénieur, et du master bioingénieur : chimie et bioindustries.

Teaching assistant position at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, University of Liege (Belgium). The candidate will be involved in teaching and research activities within the axis of “Chemistry for Sustainable Food and Environmental Systems”.
Research will be focused on the development of advanced analytical methods in the agri-food field, in particular multidimensional and comprehensive chromatographic techniques and sample preparation miniaturization. The main field of applications are on food contaminants and quality and authenticity assessment of food commodities through the analysis of volatiles and the lipid fraction. The research activity includes active collaborations with different universities, research centres and companies in the field of food and instrumental analysis.
Teaching activity will be in the framework of the teaching activities provided by the "Chemistry for Sustainable Food and Environmental Systems" axis, and in particular the candidate will be involved in the courses of Analytical Chemistry (Bac 2), Fundamentals of Quantitative Analytical Chemistry (Bac 3), Instrumental Techniques (Ma 1 Chemistry), Chemical and Physicochemical Analysis of Water (Ma 1 GFEN) and General Chemistry (Bac 1) which are part of the program of the Bachelor of Engineering Sciences, Bioengineering orientation, and of the Master of Bioengineering: Chemistry and Bioindustries.

Le candidat pésentera les connaissances de base de chimie analytique, notamment en chromatographie.

Il sera motivé à intégrer un laboratoire en pleine expansion et montra un intérêt pour l'utilisation d'appareils de pointe dans le domaine de la chromatographie.
