About the Role

The Venue Coordinator is responsible for the effective logistical support for the staging of a wide range of corporate events in Pridham Hall including Graduations. The Coordinator is the primary point of contact for event managers and coordinates the logistical and technical requirements in relation to the venue for their events.

The role also supports the management of the campus as a member of the Facilities Management customer service centre (FM Assist).  It does this by monitoring the performance of all external service providers working on campus and by identifying, prioritising and managing facilities issues as they arise.

  • Campus Operations
  • Capital Development
