About You
As the Team Leader, Work Integrated Learning (WIL), you will be responsible for the coordination, development, delivery, and evaluation of the School's Work Integrated Learning programs.

The Work Integrated Learning aspect of the role focuses on the building of relationships through industry engagement and the provision of opportunities for the School's students in WIL. You will line manage the Administrative Officers for WIL and be responsible for providing support for industry engagement and the coordination of the School's student experience in WIL activities, e.g. internships, placements, etc. You will work closely with relevant people both within the School and University aiding the promotion, expansion, and efficient delivery of meaningful mobility opportunities.

To be successful in this position, you will have as a minimum:

  • Demonstrated experience in WIL coordination within an educational setting.

  • Proven experience in providing support for complex resource and other planning processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in change and project management.

  • Demonstrated experience of providing support for academic program development and initiatives to support teaching and learning and a high-quality student experience.

  • Extensive analytical skills, including a proven ability to analyse business processes and identify gaps, weaknesses, strengths and propose process improvements as appropriate.
