About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide specialist advice to hiring managers to support their resourcing processes efficiently and effectively in accordance with the university's policy and guidelines that support recruitment and selection activities. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients to gain an understanding of business requirements aligned to strategy and the university's workforce profile and the management and professional services delivered. More specifically, this role requires the identification of appropriate talent pipelines, sourcing and advertising strategies and the production of engaging and informative communications to attract strong candidates who are aligned to work within a mission based, educational environment.

What we offer:

  • Total remuneration valued to $130,436 - $145,816 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $110,220 - $123,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
