Overview
ECU's Student Administration directorate processes admission applications, manages fees and scholarships, provides examination logistics, result administration, develops and maintains academic and examination timetables.

We are seeking a Student Transactions Officer to work within the Admissions team.

Although the successful candidate would be assigned to Admissions, they may be moved to other teams within Student Administration, such as Fees and Scholarships or Assessments and Records to support operational needs or to enable career development.

The Role
As a Student Transactions Officer, you will be responsible for assessing domestic admission applications, processing applications for credit and recognition of prior learning, data entry, international related admission tasks, contributing towards process improvements and handling complex email and phone enquiries.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a busy, high volume transaction administrative workplace
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing work environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems under pressure
  • A sound level of communication and interpersonal skills, whilst working efficiently and autonomously

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time ongoing position attracts salary of $66,813 to $71,161 pa (HEW 4) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
