Overview
The Specialist Senior Student Transactions Officer position will be responsible for specialising in one or more areas particularly those requiring more technical specialist advice and resolution of non-routine issues or problems that may arise.  The position will also undertake quality assurance activities across the team which will be for the purpose of informing process improvement, and individual and team development opportunities, together with assigning work allocation in consultation with the coordinators. 

As this is a new role in the Fees and Scholarships team, the successful candidate will work with the manager to establish their specialist area/s, initial areas of focus which will include, Research Scholarships, OSHC reconciliation and complaint and audit investigations.

This position does not have any direct reports but would be an escalation point for their specialist areas as indicated above and will be responsible for providing training and mentorship to the team.

Benefits & Remuneration
This fixed term position attracts remuneration of $88,973 TO $95,993 PA (HEW 6) pa (pro-rata for part-time appointments) plus University superannuation contribution.
