(HEO5) $77,409 to $86,072 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Due to an internal promotion, the ITDS team have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated technical and customer focused individual with service desk experience in a large, complex organisation.

The Service Desk Analyst role requires someone with strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to solve complex technical issues across a broad range of technology including laptops, desktops and mobiles, a wide range of applications (including specialised and research applications) and operating environments.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated industry experience in an IT service desk, with proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex level 1.5 - 2 technical problems across a broad range of technology devices, services, and applications.
  • Demonstrated experience working as part of a team to deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technology to a diverse range of users.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage individual workloads to meet business requirements.
  • An understanding of IT service standards, SLAs and KPIs.
