Overview
The Digital Productivity Team sits within the Data Analytics and Governance Team and delivers information governance, information protection, quality, innovation and support services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ECU users.  To underpin and deliver on these services we are seeking an experienced M365 Platform Administrator with outstanding interpersonal skills to assume a pivotal role in the team. 

The Role
As the Senior M365 Platform Administrator at ECU you will be a key player in maintaining and enhancing one of the most critical platforms for the university.  You will work proactively to manage Microsoft platform workloads, production support, incident resolution, and development services that enable and improve Digital Productivity within the University. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to shaping our information and innovation practices and drive impactful changes across the organisation. You will be required to work independently and also collaborate with the wider team and other key stakeholders.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

Key Criteria
The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience within Microsoft platform administration with demonstrated relevant scripting development experience
  • Proven experience in customer support and customer service management  
  • Demonstrated experience working with platform vendors
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems related to user, information and infrastructure management 

The successful applicant will be required to provide a national police clearance.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, fixed-term position attracts a remuneration of $111,152 to $125,191 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
