(HEO7) $91,187 to $101,987 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Exciting opportunity to manage the planning, production, delivery and evaluation of content and communication projects and activities.

The Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides expert marketing and communication advice and develops faculty marketing and/or communications plans to ensure the delivery of targeted and appropriate content across all multimedia channels. The role works collaboratively with the Marketing branch to ensure all activities are compliant with University brand and tone of voice standards, and will also work closely with academic subject matter experts to develop communications. This is a broad role, and the development and management of stakeholder relationships (both internal and external) is key to the role.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in writing creative and compelling copy across a range of channels and for a range of audiences, including demonstrated editing skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated successful campaign management and execution especially across digital mediums and social media platforms with an emphasis on understanding and development of key target markets and business improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing and communications plans, the management and delegation of projects / initiatives, and solving problems in an innovative and creative manner to achieve a defined outcome.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing theory and experience in the implementation of marketing activities and communications projects related to the higher education sector.
