New position providing support in managing and driving key strategic initiatives across The University

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Projects is responsible for assisting the Director Strategic Projects to manage a suite of strategic initiatives and project work, varying in size and complexity enabling organisational objectives to be achieved. The role provides support in managing and driving key strategic initiatives, delivering critical business outcomes, and ensuring organizational success for strategic projects across the University.

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Projects will work closely with the leadership teams and key stakeholders across the University to develop and execute identified strategic projects. This is a critical position which will be responsible for ensuring timely and budgeted delivery of project milestones, with a focus on achieving business outcomes for the University.  

To be successful you will need:

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business issues into innovative and workable solutions that meet business needs.
  • A demonstrable track record in project management and prior experience in influencing and managing teams for complex transformation initiatives
  • Outstanding consulting skills, with a talent for devising innovative solutions to complex issues
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  •  Ability to work flexibly and productively as an effective team member, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
