About the Role
The School of Education is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Education Partnerships and Engagement Officer.
The Education Partnerships & Engagement Officer will undertake a range of duties including establishing industry links; the placement of students for industry experience and study tours, both nationally and internationally.
The Education Partnerships & Engagement Officer will work closely with students, Directors' of Academic Programs, Academic Course Advisors, other academic staff, staff in other units and liaise with educational organisations and industry to support student progression, including gaining required professional experience placements, whilst ensuring record and database maintenance, reporting activities are undertaken and all activities are compliant with accreditation guidelines and policies.
Skills/Experience
To be successful in the role, applicants will be able to demonstrate high level of competence and experience in the management of relational databases and systems, have high level analytical and problem solving skills, ability to deal effectively with a high volume workload with competing priorities and be able to demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
This is a full-time, ongoing based at the Bankstown City Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.
The successful candidate will require either a degree with relevant experience or, extensive experience and specialist expertise in liaising with industry in a similar environment, preferably in the educational sector. Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $107,358 to $115,073 p.a. (comprising Salary of $90,719 to $97,238 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
