About Student Experience & Marketing
Student Experience & Marketing (SEM) is responsible for attracting and enrolling prospective students and optimising the students experience throughout their time at Western. 

The Student Services Hub is a complex, multi-channel environment which represents the key contact points for prospective student, current students, staff and external members of the university community and as such, are pivotal in advancing the brand and reputation of the University.

About the Role
Student Experience & Marketing are searching for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Student Services Hub team as a Team Leader.

In this role you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing crucial support and leadership to our staff within the Future Students call centre at our Hawkesbury campus. In this role, you will take the lead and become the primary point of contact for our casual team of staff and will work with rostering, budgets and work planning for our call centre.

As this role is a fixed term position, it would be a great opportunity for professional development and a chance to cement your leadership skills in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

As a Team Leader within the Student Services Hub, you will also champion the core values of Student Experience & Marketing. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31 October 2024, based at Westerns Hawkesbury Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package:  HEW Level 7 $117,645 to $126,892 p.a. (comprising Salary of $99,411 to $107,225 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
