Are you passionate about ensuring the success of Indigenous students in higher education? We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the charge as our Director of the Badanami Centre for Indigenous Education.

You will be at the forefront of driving positive change and promoting Indigenous education within our institution. Collaborating closely with various university stakeholders, you will spearhead the development and advocacy of Indigenous education initiatives and forge strong links and partnerships to enhance student access, participation, retention, and growth strategies.

You will oversee the planning and implementation of services that support Indigenous student success. You will provide advice on academic and support services, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, funding contracts, and reporting related to Indigenous student achievements.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 5 years based at the Parramatta South Campus.

It is a mandatory requirement for any incumbent of this position to have a current NSW employee Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the NSW Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.

Remuneration Package: A senior remuneration package applies to this appointment.
