HEO 6 $86,360 - $93,285 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Exciting opportunity to be apart of the University's 150th celebration

The Project Officer will work closely with the Director Strategic Projects provide administrative and governance support to internal team members across events, marketing and communications to successfully deliver the project. The role will facilitate, monitor and report on the project’s key deliverables, risk and budgets. The successful candidate will liaise and work collaboratively stakeholders and working groups to coordinate timely and accurate information across the project.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience working across large interdisciplinary teams, including assisting in the project documentation, implementation, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solicit information, develop reports and liaise with internal stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring and reviewing budgets and financial reports.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and self-efficacy with Microsoft Office and other software as required.
  • Highly diligent and detail-oriented reporting skills.
