(HEO7) $95,017 - $106,270 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time fixed term contract for 12 months.

The Partnership Coordinator is central to the day-to-day coordination, operations and governance relating to the University’s key strategic partnerships. This includes but is not limited to administration related to governance support and oversight; operational duties, stakeholder engagement and creating and disseminating high-level communications across divisions and levels within the University. The role will work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations, key performance indicators and agreed outcomes are met or exceeded.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated project coordination experience with proven ability to independently manage new and ongoing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to relate to a wide range of stakeholders and staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes, including attention to detail, judgement, initiative and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and sustain high-level performance, determine priorities, be highly flexible and meet demanding deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
  • Well-developed written communication skills and capacity to respond to enquiries autonomously.
