Overview:



  • Full-time, fixed-term position until April 2024  

  • Salary Level HEW 6 ($83,445 - $90,325 p.a.,) + 17% Superannuation with generous leave entitlements  

  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, with a hybrid and flexible work arrangement 


 


About the Role 


As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and execution of multiple projects to drive RMIT marketing, digital and student recruitment activity. You will directly support the Business Partners in the Experience team and will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives and activity. This will include creating digital content, project-managing small marketing campaigns and engaging with stakeholders across all levels to drive positive outcomes for RMIT.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:  


  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management

  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of marketing in a large, complex organisation

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, adapting your communication style to your target audience 

  • Ability to work independently and be a positive contributor to a team focused environment

The Experience function’s vision is to bring to life RMIT’s strategy by putting the student and all of RMIT’s audiences at the heart of everything that we do and delivering a CX vision and insights to help guide the University deliver on our promise.
