About the Role
Join us in this exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Australian-Asian business landscape! As our Marketing Activation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Asialink Business's brand elevation and expansion efforts. Reporting to the Associate Director, Strategic Growth, you will elevate the profile of our products and programs, driving expansion with key audiences. The role is responsible for undertaking market research, creating integrated campaigns, producing sales materials and collateral, and contributing to branding, digital marketing, web and social media.

You will ensure the success of activation initiatives and deliver measurable improvements in brand awareness, engagement, use of products and services, and income generation. Importantly, a key focus of your role will be collaborating with industry partners to develop joint marketing strategies that drive the uptake of Asialink Business programs among their members. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing the marketing strategy for Asialink Business to align with our business plan.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the implementation of multi-channel campaigns to generate demand for Asialink Business programs and products.
  • Developing comprehensive activation plans with a strong emphasis on leveraging industry partners, joint marketing strategies, and digital channels for audience acquisition. 
  • Creating distinct written and visual content that engages audiences and stakeholders including video, multimedia, and digital assets.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record in designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns and a flair for audience growth across a variety of channels. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to consulting with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and crafting best practice strategies to strengthen audience engagement and foster brand loyalty. A strong understanding of Asialink Business' stakeholder networks is highly valued.

You will also have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, developing and implementing strategic programs for diverse audiences including business, government, peak bodies, and universities, is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, with proficiency in digital analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in integrated content development and execution strategies, including writing/editing/publishing for websites and social media channels, such as LinkedIn.
  • Proven success in executing complex projects with strong project and campaign management skills, including team and supplier management.
