Overview
ECU Survey Research Centre specialises in high quality data collection for health-related organisations, government departments and universities. We are seeking to appoint casual Telephone Interviewers to assist in the collection of data through outbound telephone surveys.
Requirements
• Call centre experience and excellent communication skills
• Sound general computer skills, with good typing speed and accuracy
• Good spelling ability
• Capacity to work as outlined in Shift Times below with mandatory some weekend availability
You will demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence. In addition, you will be required to attain a Police Clearance.
Shift Times
Weekdays: Mon to Fri from 2pm to 6pm with possible extension to 8.30pm at times.
Weekends: Sat or Sun from 10am to 2pm with possible extension to 4pm at times.
MUST be available for a minimum of 4 shifts a week (1 weekend day at least) to commence immediately.
