Role Description

Empired are seeking someone with a passion for Infrastructure and Cloud/ Servers to operate alongside our Modern Workplace team as a self-directed individual. The successful candidate will be exposed to new and exciting technologies in this role and enable clients to succeed and embrace technology best practices.

You will be joining a well-established and collaborative IT Department that encourages all their team members to share their opinions and ideas with the wider tech teams.

Role tasks and responsibilities -

  • Be the main point of contact for all Microsoft Azure incidents and requests
  • Follow documented ServiceNow incident and problem management procedures
  • Investigate and troubleshoot Azure incidents in a timely manner
  • Ensuring a high level of IT security and compliance is maintained at all times
  • Asset, user account, and software licensing management and configuration
  • Create Azure infrastructure reports and documentation to streamline processes
  • Assist in the delivery of Azure projects, be it researching new and emerging technologies

You must be studying toward or have completed a recognised qualification in Information Technology / Information Systems/ Computer Science.

This role amounts to $10,200 tax-free for an Undergraduate OR Postgraduate working part-time (3 days/week) for six months
