  • Part-time (0.5FTE), 12-month fixed term contract
  • Commencement Salary: $70,476 (pro rata) per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role  

Reporting to the Team Leader: Industry Experience, you will provide high quality customer service to stakeholders by developing strong professional relationships and by undertaking a range of administrative duties that supports student placements and the work of the Industry Experience Team.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role, with high level attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation 
  • Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse range of customers in a busy service environment 
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Organisational skills including managing information flow, meeting deadlines, prioritising competing demands and using initiative 
  • Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and website management expertise
