  • Commencement Salary range: $76,204 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About You 

You are experienced in project management and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. Your exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to establish strong and credible relationships with a diverse range of people at various levels within an organisation. You take the initiative to deliver results and provide solutions through logical, creative, and innovative thinking. 

About the Role 

You will provide support to the Manager: Exhibitions & Experience Design in the concepting, design, build, install, operations marketing and de-install of both exhibition and programs in galleries and off-site. You will support engagement functions associated with our young adult audience as well as research & enterprise.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a field relevant to the role or equivalent experience, for example in science communications, creative production or curatorial experience, including initiation, research, development and management of exhibitions, collections or programs
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience delivering complex creative projects on time, to budget, and to a high quality
  • Strong analytical and research skills as well as excellent writing and editing skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to successfully network and communicate with a diverse range of people, including people from a range of cultural backgrounds and experience working cooperatively with people at a variety of levels within an organisation
  • Highly developed skills across digital applications for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, communications, content management, project management, evaluation and design
