About the Role
Information Technology and Digital Services (ITDS) is a key service provider within the University. It is responsible for the strategic deployment and support of information and communication technology, to support the University in teaching, learning, research and outreach.

ITDS is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Integration Analyst Developer. The role works collaboratively with other technical and delivery teams. There is the opportunity to contribute to delivery in a variety of ways such as undertaking analysis and documentation activities, driving our integration maturity and contributing to technical solutions by developing integration and automation solutions. The role works with clients, project team members and suppliers to develop integration solutions that meet the strategic needs of the University whilst conforming to Western Sydney University architecture, frameworks, policies and standards.

This is a fixed term position based at Hawkesbury Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. The University supports a hybrid working model, with time spent both working and collaborating on campus each week as well as flexibility to work some days at home.

About you
Information Technology and Digital Services is seeking a candidate who is already an amazingly experienced integration rock star. You might have extensive experience, preferably supported by relevant qualifications, in integration analysis and design together with integration build/development using various tools (including ETL and/or modern API technologies). That may not be you yet, and instead you may have some knowledge of integration, ideally using APIs, and a keen ambition to grow into a rock star.  You might have experience with Java, Maven and Jenkins, or great SQL and an affinity for databases.
You will also have high level interpersonal, communication (oral, written, listening and presentation), teamwork and customer service skills, and a demonstrated willingness to develop and implement customer-focused solutions. As a good collaborator, you will have experience in eliciting information from stakeholders at all levels, in documenting learnings and solution design, and in influencing and guiding people as they contribute to successful delivery.

Integration rock stars and aspiring rock stars with a customer focus are encouraged to apply!
