About the role:

As the Executive Officer (Faculty Strategic Initiatives), you'll provide high-level strategic advice and operational support to the Executive Dean, Faculty of Education and Arts. This role significantly contributes to ensuring the smooth operation of the Office of the Executive Dean fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for the provision of specialist policy advice, and effective communications including correspondence, briefings, reports, and submissions, as well as researching and preparing strategic advice, information, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making, and compliance.

What we offer:

• Total remuneration valued to $117,590 - $127,214 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $99,365 - $107,498 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
