About the role:

As the Executive Officer, you will support the achievement of the Faculty of Theology & Philosophy's strategic objectives by providing efficient and effective executive support to the Executive Dean. You'll take an active role in managing, prioritising and maintaining the work of the Faculty Office, while assisting in the management of the Executive Dean's calendar, correspondence, events and administrative activities. The Executive Officer will also provide support to the Faculty's wider leadership team, as helpful and required.

• Total remuneration valued to $106,366 - $114,254 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $89,881 - $96,546 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
