(HE05) $77,409 – $86,072 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Multiple opportunities, full time fixed term contracts.

We have several opportunities available as an Exams and Results Officer with end dates ranging from March 2025 until December 2025.

Student Administration provides responsive services and administration for students and academic staff in support of learning and teaching. Student Administration is responsible for the administrative support of students throughout the student lifecycle from admission to the completion of studies.

The Student Administration unit includes Admission Operations (domestic and international), Coursework Scholarships, International Compliance, Timetabling and Planning, Enrolment, Systems and Student Data Collection, Examinations and Results and Graduations.

Working under general direction, the Examinations and Results Officer provides operational and administrative support to the core service functions.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the administration of examination requests
  • Lodgment and review, collection, processing of Modified Assessment for Coursework Applications (MACA)
  • Replacement Examination requests
  • Providing logistic support.
  • Grade entry and amendments.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage competing work tasks.
  • Proven interpersonal and negotiating skills, to work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
