We have an opportunity for an Enrolment Advisor to join the team and provide quality customer service in the delivery of front line assistance, advice and problem solving across a range of administrative services.

This role will require the successful candidate to bring their exceptional organisation skills and to be able to manage the flux of workload, and have initiative with problem solving situations.

In this role you will….

  • Support students on a range of services by providing high quality customer service via telephone, face to face and online; answering queries, solving problems and supporting students in a front-line environment. 
  • Assist with high volumes of student enquiries (including OUA), provide general advice on course requirements and enrolments whist providing support on services within the student portal.
  • Undertake efficient and timely updating and maintenance of study plans and templates, student self-management, curriculum delivery and other related student administrative processes such as change of majors, requisite waivers, and student completions.
  We are looking for someone with….
  • A degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Strong communication skills with strong experience in a quality customer service environment.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
  • High levels of self-motivation with the ability to perform at a high level working independently as well as be an active member of a team.
