Overview
A career enhancing opportunity has been created for a development professional to join our team as we embark on an exciting phase in the transformational future of Edith Cowan University (ECU).

The Development Coordinator role will suit an individual with a background in community engagement, fundraising or business development, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills looking to grow their career.

This role will be responsible for the growth and development of mid-level fundraising projects, project management of annual solicitation appeals with a focus on digital campaigns, the implementation of stakeholder engagement programs and volunteer co-ordination.

Requiring relationship building skills with a wide variety of stakeholders, demonstrated professional communication experience, the ability to be self-motivated and to work collaboratively within the team, the Development Coordinator role will have touchpoints across ECU’s word-class research projects, Schools, and other programs. Managing competing timelines and priorities, pipeline and data system management are essential skills for this role, which will be varied and dynamic, with scope for creativity and growth.

The Office of Development and Alumni Relations is responsible for building the foundations of lifelong relationships between the University’s alumni, business, and the community. The Office comprises of three teams – Alumni Relations, Development and Operations.

The Development team maintains relationships with donors and partners to ensure they understand the value and impact of their support. The environment is fast paced, and meaningful. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, high energy team as ECU enters an exciting and transformational phase, including the opening of Western Australia’s first comprehensive city university campus.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing position attracts salary of $82,658 TO $89,180 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
