(HE05) $77,409 - $86,072 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time, fixed term contract until September 2025.

Student Administration provides responsive services and administration for students and academic staff in support of learning and teaching. Student Administration is responsible for the administrative support of students throughout the student lifecycle. The Student Administration unit includes Coursework Scholarships & Prizes, Data Collection & Reporting, Enrolment & Student Records, Exams & Results, Graduations, Systems & Student Support and Timetabling.  

Working under general direction, the Coursework Scholarships & Prizes Officer provides operational support for the Scholarships & Prizes function.

The role is responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate records of coursework scholarships and prizes, applicants and recipients on the Scholarships website and the student information system, managing the payment of recipients, providing advice and information to stakeholders concerning coursework scholarships, liaising with Faculties & Schools and assisting with the maintenance and updating of procedures and business processes for the management of coursework scholarships and prizes.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated high level, accurate computer skills, particularly with Excel
  • Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle and Drupal is desirable
  • Knowledge of relevant University policies and procedures is desirable
