Overview
Research Services at Edith Cowan University has recently expanded to provide outstanding support to the University’s growing research priorities.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our Graduate Research Services Team, to be part of the team that manages and coordinates research support services for doctoral and research master students and their supervisors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience and capabilities:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in providing high-level administrative services and support services in a large organisation. Highly proficient with Microsoft suite of products (intermediate or above Excel skills are desirable).
  • An understanding of research and/or the development and delivery of training to adult learners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide good customer service to achieve quality outcomes for internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on your findings.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and to investigate and take on board out-of-the-norm suggestions and putting these into practice.

Previous experience in the Higher Education sector, particularly with respect to postgraduate research students, whilst not essential, will be well regarded.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing position attracts a remuneration of $82,658 to $89,180 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
