HEO7 $95,017 - $106,270 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time, fixed term contract until 31st December 2024.

The Coordinator, Artificial Intelligence in Learning and Teaching, provides key support for the development and implementation of the University’s initiatives in utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for the benefit of students and staff.

The Coordinator will work collaboratively across The Division of Academic and Student Engagement, Faculties and the wider University to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach which utilises AI to support learning, teaching, and assessment in line with the Higher Education Standards Framework.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) trends and its effective and responsible use in tertiary education.
  • Demonstrated experience in learning and teaching and/or higher education including experience in developing informative communication materials, producing resources and authoring formal papers for committees.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and project management, with an ability to manage complex workflows and concurrent projects.
  • Proven ability to proactively build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
  • Proven ability to actively contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
