About the Role


As the Coordinator, Administration, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Dean and for delivering a range of administrative and operational tasks that support the school more broadly. You will be an organised and proactive person who thrives when working collaboratively within a team. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise information and create engaging communication for a variety of audiences. The ability to maintain stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, will be an asset within this role.  

To be successful in this position, you’ll have the following Key Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative/operations support role.

  • Highly developed organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently, show initiative and exercise discretionary judgment.

  • Demonstrated high level of digital literacy including word processing, presentation software and electronic document management applications.

  • A knowledge and understanding of the tertiary education sector.

Qualifications:

A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant administrative expertise in a tertiary education or similar customer service environment.
