About the Role 

The Chief of Staff is vital for the seamless evolution of the combined Advancement and Communications & Marketing (ACM) portfolio in the university. Serving as a liaison between Advancement and Communications & Marketing, the role requires strong collaboration. 

Working closely with ACM leadership, the Chief of Staff supports the VP-ACM, ensuring smooth portfolio operation, including overseeing governance and internal coordination. 

Collaboration is key, as the Chief of Staff engages with the VP-ACM and Executive Directors to align ACM efforts with university goals. 

As a central point of contact, the Chief of Staff facilitates cooperation with university leaders for effective resolution of key matters. Operating with independence, the role leverages networks for successful outcomes, contributing significantly to ACM portfolio and university objectives.
