Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a natural collaborator who enjoys supporting people to move through change.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the ECU City team, as we enter an exciting new phase with ECU City under development in the heart of Perth.

The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) will join ECU’s School of Business and Law, School of Arts and Humanities, School of Science, and more, in the CBD.

This is your chance to play your part in the launch of this unprecedented project, as we look towards our opening to students in 2026.

The Change Analyst will play a pivotal role in the transition to the City Campus, supporting the delivery of change management activities, including communication, analysis, engagement, and training. The role will support key stakeholders and build buy-in and commitment by fostering relationships, designing, and delivering training, and ensuring that changes are communicated effectively.

Everything you do will make a difference to students, staff, and community, as we work collectively to bring ECU City to life.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have change analyst or change management experience, with an understanding of change management methodologies.

You will possess exceptional stakeholder management experience, marked by a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building. Your communication skills will be impeccable, enabling you to adeptly facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions. Your analytical prowess will be complemented by strong research capabilities. You will have the aptitude to analyse complex information and articulate your insights in a manner that is both impactful and tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Furthermore, your organizational skills will be exemplary. You will exhibit drive and a proven ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines. Your adaptability will empower you to effectively navigate fluctuating circumstances and shifting priorities. You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $97,113 to $108,813 p.a plus 17% University superannuation contribution.

You will be based in Joondalup and may be required to travel to ECU Wellington St or Mount Lawley on occasion.
