About the opportunity
As the appointee you will operate independently within a team and be responsible for the delivery of business analysis, requirements gathering, writing user stories, defining a minimum viable product process re-design, and improvements to enable the successful delivery of changes to existing products, new products and maintenance of products. You will also be responsible for establishing the testing strategies and plans for all products and services to ensure robust and consistent delivery across the University.

About you
To be considered for this role you will have at least five years experience working with CRMs. Preference will be given to those candidates who have worked with Blackbaud CRM and/or Oracle Service Cloud B2C. You will also be expected to develop an understanding of product functionality and how the product(s) are used to support business processes.

You will also demonstrate: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
  • Substantial relevant experience in a Business or Systems Analyst role or a role requiring business analysis or process improvement in large and complex organisations
  • Substantial experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, testing and verification
    Substantial experience in establishing testing strategies and plans, business cases and investments options modelling at an appropriate level
  • Deep understanding of business analysis practice in both agile and plan-driven projects
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
  • Relevant experience working in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector is desirable
  • Knowledge of business process engineering methods is desirable
  • ITIL certification is desirable
