The Business Intelligence and Analytics Team a fixed term, 12 month opportunity available for motivated and detail orientated Business Intelligence Analysts to join the team.

The successful individuals in this role will be responsible for the assessment of information and analytical needs of business units and the design and development of technology solutions to improve decision making.

The team is responsible for the development and administration of core Business Intelligence and Analytic systems, across Power BI, Cognos Analytics and Cognos Planning and Analytics (tm1) with Microsoft and Oracle backends.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting development.
  • Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills appropriate for working with a wide range of stakeholders, both within the University and externally.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, expectations and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data management and business intelligence concepts and practices.
  • Skills in data manipulation tools and/or programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, and Cognos.
