(HEO7) $95,017 to $106,270 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed-term, full time contract available for 21 months

We’re seeking a passionate digital analytics specialist to enable and drive data-informed optimisation

Working under limited direction, the Analytics Specialist will be responsible for guiding digital optimisation through insightful data analysis, in support of the University of Adelaide's reputation and revenue objectives. They will champion a proactive, data-informed approach to help understand and improve the customer experience within the university’s Digital Marketing team.

The role will manage the Adobe Analytics platform, with a focus on developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. They will work closely with technical teams to oversee website tag management and support ongoing maintenance and improvement, as well providing analytical tracking and support for paid media optimisation.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Proven experience working in digital analytics, ideally with a marketing focus
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in Adobe Analytics
  • Experience managing or leading analytics implementation and insight projects
  • A solid understanding of user experience and website design
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital behaviour and how digital analytics supports marketing KPIs
  • Experience working with stakeholders and presenting and reporting on audience insights
  • Excellent data visualisation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem solving and solution-oriented mindset
