As an Administrative Officer, Assessment Support, you will:

  • Complete a range of processing and administrative tasks in line with university procedures such as collection of assessment scheduling preferences from stakeholders, scheduling of assessments and maintenance of the EoUA scheduling system.
  • Coordinate, support and provide advice in relation to the scheduling and delivery of campus based examinations and supervised online examinations.
  • Complete all administrative processes relating to campus based exam support and general exam venue set-up tasks for campus based examinations.
  • Support university governance, including work instructions, procedures and guidelines to enable and support the delivery of examinations.
  • Provide support and services on a range of university daily activities, resource planning, online content, standards, operations coordination, logistics and on the job training.

 To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone, and written issue
  • Experience providing services and support in a large organisation
